摘要
为了探讨锰 (Mn)对细胞核的作用 ,分别应用原子吸收分光光度法 (AAS)、分子荧光分析法 (MFS)和紫外 可见分光光度法 (UV) ,测定腹腔注射二价锰 (Mn2 + )后大鼠肝细胞核中Mn、丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的含量。结果表明 :大鼠肝细胞核中Mn和MDA含量明显升高 ,SOD含量明显降低 ,与对照组相比均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。提示 :Mn可被大鼠肝细胞摄取 ,存在于肝细胞核中 ,对细胞核的脂质过氧化和抗氧化保护系统均有影响。
To study the effects of Mn 2+ on the rat liver nuclei pre treated with Mn 2+ , AAS, MFS and UV were used to determinate the changes of contents of Mn, malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rats. The results obtained by spectrophotometic method, showed that the contents of Mn,MDA and SOD injected Mn were higher significantly than in untreated animals ( P < 0.01 ). Mn can be uptaken by rat liver cells, and in the nuclei there are many effects on the lipid peroxide and systems of antioxide.
