女性膀胱颈梗阻的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Female Bladderneck Obstruction

为探讨女性膀胱颈梗阻的诊治方法 ,对 2 4例女性膀胱颈梗阻患者的诊断和治疗情况进行回顾性分析。所有病例均行经尿道膀胱颈下部半环状切除术 ,效果满意 ,无术后尿失禁及尿瘘。结果表明膀胱尿道镜结合尿流动力学检查是可靠的确诊方法 ,经尿道膀胱颈下部半环状切除是较好的治疗手段。

To study the methods of diagnosis and treatment of female bladder neck obstruction, 24 cases of female bladder neck obstruction were reviewed. All cases underwent transurethral resection of the semicircle of bladder neck. No incontinence or fistula has been noted. Cystourethroscopy with urodynamic study is a reliable diagnostic method and transurethral resection of semicircle of bladder neck is a better therapeutic option.
