补硒对高血压病患者血清硒、镉及脂质过氧化物水平的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 : 观察高血压病患者补硒治疗前后血清硒 (Se)、镉 (Cd)元素及血清超氧化物岐化酶 (T-SOD)、一氧化氮 (NO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-Px)、丙二醛 (MDA)水平和血压变化。方法 : 设置高血压病患者 A、B组及正常对照组 ,A组补硒 (服用含硒的古稀胶囊 ,补硒 90mg/d)和福辛普利 (降压药 ) ,B组服用安慰剂 (不含硒 )和福辛普利 ,用药前及用药后 4w,分别测定上述指标。结果 : 用药前 ,A、B组中 Se、SOD、NO、GSH-Px显著低于对照组 ,而 Cd、MDA显著高于对照组 ;用药后 ,A组中上述指标得到纠正 ,B组无显著变化。结论 Objective: To observe the changes of serum Se,Cd,GSH Px,SOD,MDA,NO and blood pressure before and after selenium supplement in patients with essential hypertension . Methods: The patients were devided into A,B and control group,group A being given selenium and Monopril, group B given potassium magnesium aspartate plus Monopril for 4 w. Serum Se, Cd, GSH Px,SOD,MDA and NO were detected before and after supplement ,with 60 healthy volunteers as control. Results: Before supplement, serum Se, GSH Px,SOD and NO in A,B group were lower than those in control, while Cd and MDA were higher.After supplement, level of Se, GSH Px,SOD and NO in group A were significantly increased, while Cd and MDA greatly decreased, with no significant differences in group B. Conclusion: Selenium supplement can regulate serum Se, Cd and lipid peroxidation level in patients with essential hypertension.
