补肾升白液对荷瘤小鼠化疗后免疫功能的影响

The Inffluence of Bushenshengbaiye (BSSBY)on the Immune Function of Tumor Bearing Mice after Chemotherapy

目的 :观察补肾升白液对化疗荷瘤小鼠免疫的影响。方法 :测定补肾升白液对接种肿瘤并进行化疗小鼠的 T细胞亚群变化、溶血素含量及胸腺和脾脏指数。结果 :补肾升白液对提高化疗荷瘤小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数 ,提高溶血素含量及提高辅助性 T细胞、降低抑制性 T细胞。结论 :补肾升白液有提高机体免疫功能 。

Objective:This study is to explore the effects of BSSBY on the functionof immune tumor bearing mice after chemotherapy. Methods: Formation of serum hemolysin, thymus index, spleen index, changes of T cell subsets were determined in tumor bearing mice after treated with Cyclophosphamide and BSSBY. Results: The results were displayed by increasing in thymus and spleen index, enhancing the hemolysin concentration in the peripheral blood and regulating peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets. Conclusion: BSSBY can obviously regulate the immunosupression on tumor bearing mice after chemotherapy.
