摘要
目的 :控制今贝饮料的内在质量。方法 :采用 HPL C法对芍药苷进行含量测定。C1 8为固定相 ,乙腈 -水 -磷酸 (10 0∶70 0∶ 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 43 nm。结果 :方法简便、快速 ,精密度好 ,RSD=0 .7% (n=5 )。结论
Objective: To control the quality of Jinbei Drink. Methods: HPLC was developed for the determination of the content of paeoniflorin, with the conditions of C 18 as regular phase, acetonitrile water phosphoric acid (100∶700∶5) as mobile phages and detection wavelength at 243 nm. Results: The result proved that the method was simple, rapid and accurate, RSD =0.7%( n =5). Conclusion: The method can be used for quality control.
