摘要
以转子-机匣模型试验器为对象,试验模拟航空发动机试车过程中所遇到的典型碰摩故障现象,研究分析其碰摩类型及相应的振动特性,总结并建立包括转子、支承、机匣共同影响在内的旋转机械转、静件碰摩故障特征谱。
Rotor - to - casing rubbing tests were performed under simulated operating conditions of engine. The effect of rotor, bearing and rubbed casing on rotor dynamic characteristics was investigated and the relevant fault spec-trums were established for this rotating machinery.
