摘要 为了确定提高地网允许电位升高值是否可行,作者在研究了控制电缆的工频耐压特性之后在本文中又研究了继电保护设备的工频耐压特性对该值的影响,并进行了试验。结果表明,继电器绝缘的工频耐压特性是影响这一数值的关键因素。 To determine whether it is possible or not to increase the value of the tolerable ground potential rise, after the research of power frequency voltage withstanding characteristics of control cables in part one of this paper, the influence of power frequency voltage withstanding characteristics of protective relays on tolerable ground potential rise was studied and corresponding tests were carried out. The test results show that the power frequency voltage withstanding characteristics of the insulation of protective relays are the key factor influencing tolerable ground potential rise.
