摘要
从谐波的特点及性质出发 ,结合相关谐波标准 ,具体地分析了谐波测量的条件、监测点、测量间隔 ,以及测量数据的处理方法 ;阐述了谐波测量仪器的基本原理、功能和精度要求等 ,目的是对谐波的测量、监测与管理有一个较全面的认识 ,以利谐波的综合治理。
The paper analyzes the condition of harmonics measurement, monitoring location, measuring intervals, and data computing according to the charateristics and the relevant standard of harmonics. The basic principle, function and precision of the harmonics measuring instrument are described. This will give a better understanding of the measurement, monitoring and management of the harmonics in order to refrain the influence of harmonics in the distritution network.
