阴虚阳虚大鼠模型视前区—下丘脑前部中单胺类神经递质含量的变化 被引量:3

Changes of Monamhie Neurotransmitters in Preoptic/ Anterior Hypothalamic Area in Yin-deficiency and Yang-deficiency Models of Rats

摘要 雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(n=9),高甲阴虚组(n=9),低甲阳虚组(n=9)和中药(大黄加蕃泻叶)阳虚组(n=10)。利用高效液相色谱加电化学检测器分析了视前区—下丘脑前部(PO/AH)中单胺类神经递质含量,发现高甲阴虚组中多巴胺(DA)和高香草酸(HVA)含量增加(P<0.01);低甲阳虚组去甲肾上腺素(NE)和中药阳虚组中DA含量低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。本文还同步分析了血清中单胺类神经递质含量,结果表明脑组织和血清中单胺类神经递质的含量变化基本上不相关。本文讨论了阴虚阳虚状态下中枢和外周血中单胺美神经递质的变化及其与体温中枢调节功能的关系。 Male Wister rats were allocated randomly into four groups: the control group(n=9), the hyperthyroxinemia yin-deficiency group(n=9), the hypothyroxinemia yang-deficiency group(n=9) and the herb yang-deficiency group (n=10). By means of high pressure liquid chromatography with electrochemical detector(HPLC-ECD), the contents of monamine neurransmitters in preoptic/anterior hypothalamic (PO/AH) area of rats were determined. It was found that compared with the control group, there were increases of dopamine(DA) and homovanillic acid (HVA) in the hyperthyroxinemia group(P<0.01), a decrease of norepinephrine(NE) in the hypothyroxinemia group (P<0.05), and a decrease of DA in the herb group (P<0.05). By synchronous analysing of monamine neurotransmitters in serum, it is knownthat there was no linear relation between the changes of monamine neurotransmitters in PO/AH area and those in serum. This paper also discussed the changes of monamine neurotransmitters in PO/AH area and in serum, and the effect of monamine neurotransmitters on mmperatural centre function in the case of yin-deficiency and yang-deficiency.
