十二指肠球部溃疡脾虚证与组胺及胃酸关系初探

Relation of Duodenal Ulcer of Spleen-deficiency Type with Histamine Release and Gastric Acid Secretion

本文检测了十二指肠球部溃疡患者及正常人球、胃粘膜内组胺含量及胃酸分泌量变化,结果显示:部分脾虚患者球部粘膜内局部组胺释放功能较非脾虚低下(P<0.05);在溃疡活动期,脾虚和非脾虚患者泌酸功能均增高,而非脾虚患者泌酸功能更高。非活动期阶段,中医证型及病理基础发生质的变化,此时脾虚患者表现为泌酸功能低下。

An analysis of the content of histamine in duodenal and gastric mucosa and the level of gastric acid secretion was made in duodenal ulcer patients ad normal controls. The results showed that the level of release of histamine in the duodenal mucosa in some spleen-deficiency(SD) patients was lower than that in non-SD patients. During the active ulcerative stage, the acid secretion increased in both types of patients, but the latter produced more acid. In inactive stage, the pattern of TCM zheng and the pathologic basis changed, with acid secretion decreasing in SD patients.
