摘要
本实验采用放射免疫方法,测定了醋酸氢化可的松所致的肾阳虚大鼠模型动物胸腺和脾脏的cAMP和cGMP含量,发现其变化趋势基本一致:cAMP降低,cGMP升高,以cAMP/cGMP比值降低更明显。使用肾气汤能明显改善阳虚的表现,并使上述环核苷酸的改变恢复至正常。本文认为,免疫器官环核苷酸的这种改变,是肾阳虚机体免疫功能异常的重要物质基础,肾气汤也能通过环核苷酸发挥其治疗作用。
Content of cyclic adenosine-3', 5' monophosphate (cAMP) and cyclic guanosine—3', 5' monophosphate (cGMP) in thymus and spleen of kidney-yang deficiency model rats induced by hydrocotisone acetate were tested with radio-immunoassay. The results show that cAMP content in both thymus and spleen significantiy decreased and cGMP content in thymus significantly increased in model rats than in the normal ones. After the model rats were given Shen Qi Decoction, content of cyclic nucleotides returned to normal. This indicates that cyclie nucleotides change in immune organs is an inportant factor affecting immunologic function and Shen Qi Decoction works effectively on Kidney-yang deficiency rats by changing the content of cyclic nucleotides.
