辨证加大黄治疗脑出血便秘临床观察

Treatment of Rheum Based on Zheng-differentiation for Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicated with Consitipatiom

本文观察了辨证加大黄治疗脑出血便秘40例,并与大黄苏打片、果导片相对照。结果:辨证加大黄组显效11例,有效26例,总有效率92.5％,无效3例。与大黄苏打片、果导片组(共40例,其中显效3例,有效5例,总有效率20％)比较,经统计学处理差别有显著性意义(p<0.05),说明中药辨证加大黄效果优于后二药。此外大黄有活血化瘀作用,但药后无一例脑出血加重或出现再次脑出血。

Forty cases of cerebral Hemorrhage complicated with comstipatiom were treated with Decoction of Rheum added with some other medicinal herbs according to zheng-differentiation, (Rheum group) with another group treated with tablet Rhei et sode and tablet phenolphthalein as control. The results showed that in Rheum group 11 cases were markedly effective, 26 effective, 3 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 92.5％. Compared with the control group, 3 cases were markedly effective, 5 effective and the total effective rate was 20％. Effective rates of the two groups are significantly different (P<0.05), indicating that treatment of Rheum based on zheng-differentiation is much more effective. As known, Rheum has the effect of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. It is observed that none of the patients has recurrense or aggravation of cerebral hemorrhage after the treatment.
