五子衍宗丸对慢性乙醇性肝损伤大鼠血糖及血、肝过氧化脂质的影响

Effect of Wuzi Yanzong Wan on Serum Glucose and Lipid Peroxide of Serum and Liver in Alcohol-induced Liver Injury Rats

五子衍宗丸是古代名方。本文探讨了该方对慢性乙醇性肝损伤大鼠血糖及血、肝过氧化脂质(LPO)的影响。结果表明,大鼠长期摄入60％乙醇(10ml/kg×22d)后空腹血糖水平明显升高(与正常组比较P<0.01),葡萄糖负荷1、2、3小时后血糖水平明显升高(与正常组比较,P<0.05～0.01),糖耐量能力下降;血清及肝LPO升高(与正常组比较,P<0.05)。五子衍宗丸(I.G.)能使大鼠空腹、糖负荷2小时及3小时后血糖水平明显下降(与空白组比较,P<0.05～0.01),提高糖耐量能力;降低血清及肝LPO(与空白组比较,P<0.05～0.01)。结果提示,五子衍宗丸对乙醇所致肝源性糖尿病有效,降低血、肝LPO、减少组织细胞的损伤,可能是其护肝的重要机理之一。

Wuzi Yanzong wan, a famous Chinese traditional medical preparation, can be used in the treatment of liver diseases due to deficiency of the liver and kidney. In this paper, the effects of the preparation on the serum glucose, on lipid peroxide of serum and liver in rats with alcohol-induced liver injury were investigated. The results showed that in the control group, after the administration of 60％ alcohol (10 ml/kg*22 days), the glucose increased before glucose loading and 1, 2, 3 hours thereafter (p<0.05-0.01), lipid peroxide of the serum and liver was also higher (p<0.05); but in the group given the preparation at the dosage of 1000-2000 mg/kg (I.G) the glucose decreased before the glucose loading and 2, 3 hours thereafter (p<0.05-0.01), and the lipid paroxide also decreased in serum and liver (p<0.05-0.01). The results suggest that the drug is effective for the hepatic diabetes induced by alcohol, and decreasing the lipid peroxide may be one of the mechanisms for protecting the liver.
