离子色谱法测定雪中无机离子

摘要 采用单柱离子色谱法测定哈尔滨市降雪中的无机离子,在雪样中检出K+、Na+、NH4+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-、NO3-和SO42-等8种离子. Determination of inorganic ions in snow by single - column ion chromatography was described. A cation -exchange column and an anion -exchange columm were employed for separation with conductivity detection. K+,Na+ and NH4+ were determined with 4. 0 m mol/L oxalic acid as eluent;Ca2+ and Mg2+ were dentermincd with 0. 50 m mol/L oxalic acid + 0. 25 m mol/L ethylenediamine (pH 4. 00) as cluent; Cl ,NO3 and SO42 were determined with 2. 5 m mol/L phthalic acid+2. 5 m mol/L trishy-droxymethyl, aminomethanc as elucnt. The concentrations of the ions in snow were given. The snow was collated from Harbin.
