纳米金颗粒在石英晶体微天平检测DNA中的表面修饰作用 被引量:5

摘要 采用石英晶体微天平(QCM)技术, 用不同粒径的纳米金颗粒来进行QCM的表面修饰, 提高对单链靶标DNA的检测灵敏度. 在相同的实验条件下, 通过研究5~60 nm范围内不同粒径纳米金颗粒对QCM表面的修饰作用发现: 金颗粒粒径的大小对DNA探针在石英晶体微天平表面的固定量和DNA的杂交率均有影响. 20 nm粒径的金颗粒对QCM表面修饰作用为最佳, 能最好地提高DNA检测灵敏度.
