年龄相关性黄斑变性视网膜色素上皮脱离与中医辨证

TCM Zheng-Differentiation for the Patiants of AMD with Pigment Epithelium Detachment

本文对31例AMD的浆液性色素上皮脱离患者作中医辨证分析。结果:31例患者中虚证型占58.06％,实证型占12.91％,其他类占29.03％,经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05);而属虚证的18例中,气虚占52.63％,阴虚占21.05％,阳虚占26.32％,作两两比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);31例患者中单纯脱离者17例,属虚证11例,伴新生血管膜形成者14例,属虚证4例,经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结果提示:AMD的浆液性色素上皮脱离以虚证居多,而伴有网膜下新生血管形成者,则有虚中夹实的趋向。

Thirty-one patients of Age-Related-Macular-Degeration (AMD) with pigment epithalium detachment were analysed by TCM Zheng-differentiation. The results showed that the majority of the cases with the pigment epithelium detachment were due to qi-deficiency, while those with subretinal neovasularization were largely due to qi-deficiency associated with qi-excess.
