本文介绍了76％复方泛影葡胺子宫输卵管检查法。通过60例不孕患者检查分析,并与40％碘化油造影对比,显示了前者显象迅速,易于(氵弥)散,对细小的病变,尤以输卵管腔狭小、输卵管积液与伞端粘连有显示清晰与副作用少的优点,为分析输卵管状态判断输卵管因素对不孕患者受孕机理的影响提供了良好的依据。

Hysterosalpingography contrast with 76% meglumime diatrizoate compound is presented in this paper. Sixty females with infertility was examined with this method and compared with 40% sodium iodide as contrast. It was shown that in the former the development of image was faster, the drug was diffused much more easily, the fine pathological changes were seen more clearly, especially in case of oviducal stricture, sactosalpinx and adhesion of the fimbria end of oviduct, and the side effects were less. The examination with this method can provide important evidences for the mechanism of infertility caused by various fallopian factors.
