摘要
本文应用去甲肾上腺素(Noradrenaline NA)在大鼠提睾肌上制作微循环障碍动物模型,从微血管管径变化角度观察了川芎嗪的作用.结果表明:川芎嗪组(川芎嗪+NA)静注川芎嗪,对NA表面灌流引起的微血管收缩有抑制作用,可扩张微血管的管径。第1级分枝动脉(A_1)和第2级分枝静脉(V_1),在NA灌流浓度1.0×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-3)mol/L投与时与第1对照组(NA)、第2对照组(NA+生理盐水)比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),可见川芎嗪对微循环障碍有较肯定的改善作用。
In this report noradrenaline (NA) was used for the modelling of microcirculatory disorder in the rat cremaster muscle. The action of ligustrazine (LT) was detected by the changes in the diameter of capillaries. The results showed that the contraction of capillaies elicited by NA supernficial perfusion was inhibited by intravenous injection of LT. The first-level branches of artery and the second-level branches of vein were dilated under the influence of NA (1.0×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-3)mol/L), and the difference was highly significant (P <0.01) as compared with the first control group (NA) and the second group (NA+NS). It is concluded that LT can improve the microcirculatory disorder definitely.
