致倦库蚊(Culex pipiens quinque fasciatus)对登革热病毒的易感性问题 被引量:2

摘要 由于预防或防止登革热 登革出血热 (DF DHF)的发生或流行 ,须赖其媒介控制 ,因而媒介的确定具有实际重要性。在我国海南岛和广东本病流行中 ,有曾从致倦库蚊中分离到DF病毒 ,并在实验传播中有阳性结果的报道 ,引起了国内外有关学者的注意。本文综合这方面的报告 ,结合我们研究的结果 ,认为这种库蚊并非DF的生物性传播媒介。 The dengue fever/dengue haemorrhaig fever is the most important arbovirus disease in the world. Its vectors are well know,including Aedes aegypti and Ae.albopictus and several potential ones of adenine mosquitoes in some South Pacific Islands.In contrast to the previous studies, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus has been reported to be able to transmit the virus in the laboratory by several workers in China. However,with only one exception,negative results were obtained in all further studies.The present paper is an inquiry into the problem,in combining with the results of our recent studies. Our conclusion is that this culicine mosquito is not an biological transmitting vetor of the disease.
