摘要
本文针对含碳耐火材料回转抗渣试验中存在的问题,采用新型加热烧嘴,调节合适的氧气与乙炔流量配比和防氧化涂层,使炉内氧分压低于0.005MPa,避免了试样中碳的氧化.在渣中加入适量的氧化铁皮并控制反应时间在5~8min内,能使渣中∑FeO、MgO的浓度维持在与初始浓度接近的范围内,以使反应条件更稳定地模拟实际.所得结果与实际结果一致,但重现性有待进一步提高.
In the rotary slag-resistance test for carbon containing refractories, the oxidation of C in the specimens was prevented as a result of using new type burners, controlling the ratio of O_2/C_2H_2 and adding an anti-oxidation coating. By adding some roll scale and controlling the reaction time within 5~8minutes, the content of ΣFeO, MgO in the slag could be maintained in the range near the initial value so that the reaction process simulated the actual process more stably. The test results agreed with the actual results quite well but the reproductivity of the former should be improved.
