摘要 本文主要对以丁醇钛,无水醋酸铅,和自制乙醇锆为原料制备锆钛酸铅(PZT)微粉及陶瓷的溶胶凝胶(sol-gel)方法进行了研究.实验表明:在550℃焙烧4小时凝胶粉末可生成晶相的锆钛酸铅,并且粉料具有高均匀性、高活性和高纯性.由此粉料制备出的陶瓷样品经极化后具有优良的压电性能. It was studied that ultrafine powders and ceramics of lead-zirconate-titanate can be prepared by sol-gel technique with titanium butoxide and anhydrous lead acetate and zirconium alkoxide. Experiment indicated that a single phase of PZT has been formed by roasting at 550℃ for 4h, and the powders possessed high homogeneity, activity and purity. The polarized ceramics had excellent piezoelectric properties.
