摘要 [目的 ]研究致食物中毒葡萄球菌的生化特征以及产肠毒素与不产肠毒素的金黄色葡萄球菌在性质上的差异。 [方法 ]将病人呕吐物和剩余食品分离培养、纯菌种生化特性试验和毒力试验。 [结果 ]在病人呕吐物、剩余食品中分离出金黄色葡萄球菌 4株 ( 2个生型 ) ,第 1生化型对幼猫有强烈致病性 ,第 2型则致病性较弱 ,且前者精氨酸双水解酶阴性而后者为阳性 ;还分离出家畜葡萄球菌byicas亚种 3株 ,有 2株对幼猫有弱致病性。能产生毒力不同的耐热肠毒素。[结论 ]金黄色葡萄球菌和家畜葡萄球菌能够产生耐热肠毒素。 睴bjective〕 To study the characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus causing food poisoning and to identify the difference of charac teristics between the poison producing strains and non poison producing strains.〔Methods〕 Culturing and isolating staphylococcus from leftovers and the patients′vomits,and then testing the biochemistry characteristics and virulence of the isolated staphylococcus.〔Results〕 In the leftovers and vomits,4 strains of staphylococcus aureus (being 2 biochemistry types)were isolated.The first type of S.aureus was strongly virulent to kit,but the second type had weak virulence to the kit.The former had no enzyme to hydrolyze arginine,but the latter had.3 strains of staphylococcus hyicus subsp.byicus were also isolated.Two of the 3 strains had the weak virulence to the kit.〔Conclusions〕 S.aureus and hyicus could gender stable enterotoxin.The biochemistry characteristics of strains of S.aureus which could gender strong or weak virulent enterotoxin was not the same.
