莫来石碳化硅晶须复合材料

摘要 研究了ZTM-SiC_w复合材料的工艺优化,制得之复合材料σ_f=676MPa,K_(IC)=8.3MPam^(1/2)、同时研究了该材料的抗热震行为,发现用风冷热震,可以提高σ_f和K_(IC),以改善材料的力学性能. The preparation processes of the ZTM-SiC_w composites were investigated. The flexural strength and fracture toughness of obtained composites were as follows: σ_f=676MPa, K_(IC)=8.3MPam^(1/2). The thermal shock resistance behavior of this material was also investigated. σ_f and K_(IC) might be increased with cold air blast. Thus, a way for improving the mechanical properties was found.
