直肠癌保肛术后局部复发原因分析

Analysis the local recurrence reason of rectal carcinoma after hold- anus operation.

目的:探讨直肠癌保肛手术后局部复发的原因。方法:总结分析172例各种直肠癌保肛手术后病人的局部复发情况。结果:172例病人,局部复发21例(复发率12.2％),复发时间为术后3～22个月,平均10.3月,其中DukesA期为1例,B期为6例,C期14例。低分化腺癌7例,黏液腺癌及印戒细胞癌12例。肿瘤远切缘距离2～3cm14例,3～5cm5例,5cm以上2例。结论:直肠癌保肛术后局部复发与手术的彻底性、肿瘤分期、下切缘距离及其生物学行为等因素有关。

Objective TO discuss the local recurrent reason of rectal carcinoma after hold-anus operation. Methods Analysis the local recurrence after hold-anus operation in 172 cases rectal carcinoma patients .Results Among 172 cases local recurrence were 21 cases( recurrent rate was 12. 2% )The time of recurrence was 3-22 months after operation , mean 10. 3 months. Among the recurrent cases , with Dukes A ,B ,C were 1 case, 6 cases and 14 cases respectively. poor differentiated adenocarcinorna 7 cases , mucoid adenocarcinorna and signet cell cancer 12 cases, Disrance from tumors to operation edges :2-3cm 14 cases ,3-5cm 5 cases and more than 5cm in2 cases. Conclusion The local recurrence of rectal carcinoma after hold-anus , were connected with thoroughness of operation , stage of tumor, position of down-edge of resection and biological action.
