胆总管十二指肠吻合术治疗老年再发胆石病20例临床体会

Clinical experiences in treatment of 20 patients of senile relapse cholelithiasis by choledochoduodenostomy

目的:探讨胆总管十二指肠吻合术在治疗老年再发胆石病的手术方式及应用价值。方法:回顾分析我院1988年4月～2001年4月为20例再发老年胆石症行胆总管十二指肠后壁吻合术。结果:全组手术经过顺利,无死亡,通过加强围手术期及伴发病的治疗,恢复顺利,无结石再发。结论:胆总管十二指肠后壁吻合术不失为老年再发结石的有效可行治疗办法。

Objective: In order to study the application value and operation model of treating senile relapse cholelithiasis by choledochoduodenostomy. Method: Retrospective analysis the 20 patients who suffered from senile relapse cholelithiasis and treated by choledochoduodenbstomy at posterior wall in our hospital from April, 1988 to April ,2001. Results: The operation processes were smooth . The dead patient number is zero. After intensive lrecatment of operation perod and concomidant diseases , the recovers were smooth . They did not relapse cholelithiasis further. Conclusion: It is not a bad way, but a effectively and practicablw wayto rteat senile relapse cholelithiasis by choledochoduodenostomy at posterior wall.
