摘要
以耐火粘土、高矾土及滑石等为原料研制了堇青石基陶瓷材料,对其组织和性能尤其是抗热震性进行了研究.结果表明,针状莫来石可显著地提高堇青石基体的抗热震性;添加剂锂辉石能进一步提高堇青石基陶瓷的抗热震性.讨论了针状莫来石、添加剂锂辉石提高堇青石基陶瓷抗裂纹扩展阻力的机理.
Cordicrite based ceramics were manufactured by using fire clay,bauxite,talc and spodumene as raw materials.Their mircostructurcs and properties,especially the thermal shock behaviour,were investigated.Results showed that fibrous mullite and additive spodumene could greatly promote the thermal shock resistance of cordierite based ceramics.The reasons why fibrous mullite and addtive spodumene improve the fracture propagation resistance were discussed.
