摘要
本文介绍了用水与玻璃配合料共磨制造玻璃的新方法.在Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2玻璃中,干燥的配合料300℃开始反应,450℃失去一半以上的CO_2,870℃完成硅酸盐反应.最后,硅酸盐熔化.玻璃的性质与通常的玻璃微有不同.表明玻璃的性质与熔制历史有关.
This paper introduces a new method for glass manufacture by milling glass batch with water.In Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2 glass,the dried batch starts reaction at 300℃,losses its CO_2 about 50 percent at 450℃,and completes thc silicate reaction at 870℃.At last the silicates is melted.The properties of this glass is slightly different from usual glass.This indicates the properties of glass is affected by the melting process.
