摘要 本文采用sol-gel工艺制备了二氧化硅超微细粉,SiO_2超微细粉粒度可达30nm左右,呈卵园形.并用FT-IR、XRD、DTA/TG和TEM等手段研究了二氧化硅超微细粉在煅烧过程中的物相和显微结构的变化.结果发现二氧化硅超微细粉的凝胶结构在低于300℃时干燥是稳定的,从低温(100℃)到高温(1500℃)煅烧过程中SiO_2超微细粉均为非晶态. In this paper, silica ultrafin(?) powder in form of spherical particles with a size of about 30nm was prepared by sol-gel process. Phase and microstructure changes of silica ultrafine particles in sintering were studied with FT-IR, XRD, DTA/TG and TEM et al. It has been discovered that the solid structure of dried SiO_2 gel is stable up to 300℃, and silica ultrafine powder in sintering was amorphous from low temperature (100℃) to high temperature (1500℃).
