摘要
从热力学角度分析了碳化物和氮化物的抗氧化性、煤熔渣及其与氧化铬的相平衡关系.证明了SiC、Si_3N_4和Si_2O_2N在典型的煤气化气氛中远非稳定相,而富Cr_2O_3相很难为煤渣所溶解.值得注意的是强还原气氛下硅酸盐熔体中Cr^(2+)的存在.
The thermodynamic relations show that silicon carbide, silicon nitride and silicon oxynitride are far from being equilibrium phases at the oxygen potentials prevailing in typical coal gasification atmosphcrcs. Phases containing chromium oxide exhibit exceptional resistance to coal slag corrosion. Particular emphasis is given to the presence of Cr^(2+) in silicate melts under strongly reducing conditions.
