摘要
在CaO-P_2O_5-SiO_2系统中加入少量ZnO和B_2O_3,制成了具有一定生物活性的高强度生物微晶玻璃.用DTA、SEM、XRD和EPMA鉴定了该材料的品相和显微结构,并测定了该材料的机械强度.文中讨论了工艺条件对显微结构和力学性能的影响.动物试验结果表明,此材料具有良好的生物相容性和一定的活性.可用作代骨材料.
A high-strength biological galss-ceramic with certain bioactivity is made in the system CaO-P_2O_5-SiO_2 by adding some amount of ZnO and B_2O_3.Phase identification and microstructure examination were made by DTA、SEM、XRD、EPMA measurements. The main phases of the material are Oxyapatite and Wollastonite. The bending strength and compressive strength of the material are 165 and 1020 Mpa respectively.
The effect of technological conditions on the microstructures and mechanical properties were discussed. Rabbits experiments have shown that the material possesses a good biocompatibility and thus can be used as a substitute for bone.
