格列苯脲对丙泊酚、氯胺酮、依托咪酯及咪唑安定致兔离体气管平滑肌舒张作用的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的 观察丙泊酚、氯胺酮、依托咪酯及咪唑安定对乙酰胆碱预处理的离体气管条的作用 ,并探讨该作用与ATP敏感性钾通道的关系。方法 采用离体气管条模型 ,首先观察丙泊酚、氯胺酮、依托咪酯及咪唑安定对乙酰胆碱预处理气管条肌张力的变化 ;然后用格列苯脲孵育 ,观察丙泊酚、氯胺酮、依托咪酯及咪唑安定对肌张力的影响。结果 丙泊酚、氯胺酮、依托咪酯及咪唑安定都可以舒张气管平滑肌 ;而用格列苯脲孵育后 ,可以部分阻断上述各药舒张气管平滑肌的效应 (P <0 0 1)。结论 丙泊酚、氯胺酮。 Objective To investigate the direct effects of propofol,ketamine,etomidate or midazolam on tracheal smooth muscle tension and explore the relationship between the tracheodilatory offects of these intravenous anesthetics and K ATP .Methods Japanese rabbits were executed after removal of surrounding connective tissue and fat,the trachea was cut into strips of 6 8mm×12 15mm.Tracheal strips were suspended in a 37℃ bath of Krebs solution,which was continuously balanced with 95%O 2 and 5%CO 2.One end of the strips was fixed and the other end was connected to a tension monitor through a tension transducer.Tracheal strips were divided into eight groups in random.In groups of Ⅰ Ⅳ,the effects of propofol,ketamine,etomidate or midazolam on tracheal strips,which were precontracted with acetylcholine(10 -5 mol/ml),was measured.In groups of Ⅴ Ⅷ,before these intravenous anesthetics were added,the strips were pretreated with glibenclamide(10 -5 mol/ml).Results When pretreated with glibenclamide,the tracheodilatory effects of propofol,ketamine,etomidate or midazolam were depressed( P< 0 01).Conclusion It is suggested that the tracheodilatory of these intravenous anesthetics is related to the modulation of K ATP channels.
