摘要
脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)是影响脑卒中后康复的重要因素,探讨PSD的发生、发展及与疾病康复的关系,是临床医生和康复医学工作者的重要课题。PSD的发生原因来自于诸多方面,如何消除致病因素,是提高脑卒中患者心理应激能力和日常生活活动能力的关键,对提高脑卒中患者的生活质量,减轻家庭和社会负担具有重要的意义。
Post stroke depression is an important factor to affect rehabilitation of cerebral apoplexy. To search relationship between happen,develop and to be recovered of PSD is an important discussion for clinical doctor and rehabilitation medicine worker. The cause of PSD comes from various ways. It is a key point how to eliminate etiological factor with regard to raise psychological stress and activities of daily living ability of patient. It is significant to improve quality of life, to lighten bear of family and society.
