摘要
目的:建立间接性颞下颌关接损伤(temporomandibularjointinjury,TMJI)动物模型,探讨MRI在TMJI中的应用价值。方法:对模型按分组进行SET1WI、T2WI和3DFAST+MTC序列冠状面成像。结果:(1)间接性TMJIMRI信号复杂,在关节盘、关节腔、骨折局部和关节周围或盘前区4个部位可见血肿。最复杂的信号是伤后6h和1周关节周围或盘前区血肿。较复杂的信号是关节盘内出血。(2)间接性TMJIMRI测量表明:T1WI上实验组高于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)MRI能显示TMJI后关节盘破裂及关节腔血肿。(4)3DFAST+MTC可清楚显示关节盘形态、关节腔积血(积液)及关节软骨和骨异常。结论:间接性TMJI可引起实验组形态结构与信号强度改变,MRI对此有优越的显示能力。
AIM:To produce the models of the animals and explore the efficacy of MRI in indirect temporomandibular joint injury(TMJI).METHODS:The changes of TMJI in 18 rabbit models were studied with 0.5 T MR.The 6 hour and 1 week and 1 month postinjury MR imaging was assessed. Three different sequences were evaluated:coronal SE T1WI and SE T2WI and 3D FAST+MTC.RESULTS:(1)The signal patterns of indirect TMJI were very complicated. There were hematoma in the disks and joint spaces as well as the soft tissues of TMJI and the postinjury fracture positions.The most complicated signal pattern was the soft tissue signal after TMJI. The hematoma in disks were more complicated.(2)The results of measurements on the signal intensities of the disks on the T1WI were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P< 0.01).(3)The tears of the disks and the hemorrhage in the articular cavity after the indirect trauma were detected on MRI.(4)The disk contours and hemarthros and the cartilage and bone abnormalities were clearly demonstrated by the 3D FAST sequence on MR.CONCLUSION:TMJI causes the signal and structure changes of TMJs in the experimental group and the control group. MRI has important roles in demonstrating the pathophysiological states of TMJI.
