摘要 促红细胞生成素(Epo)是一种主要影响红细胞生成的体液因子,随着在神经细胞膜及星形胶质细胞内发现EpoR及Epo,Epo与神经系统的关系受到人们的重视,越来越多的资料显示,Epo在缺血性脑损伤中抗凋亡、抗兴奋性氨基酸神经毒性、抗自由基、抗氧化,减轻脑缺血后继发生性丘脑损害中起了重要的神经保护作用。 Erythropoietin(Epo) is central role in erythropoiesis.With the finding of EpoR and Epo in neuronal membrane and astrocytes,it is showed important between Epo and neuronal system.More and more articles show Epo plays an important role in antiapoptotic, anti excitatory amino acids toxicity,anti free radicals,anti oxygen and protects hippocampal neurons against hypoxia induced neuronal death.
