摘要 本文研究了太钢转炉盛钢桶一等高铝砖的理化性能、使用条件和侵蚀情况.证明它明显地优于粘土砖.同时,在一等高铝砖的完全反应带中,发现了六铝酸钙薄层,从热力学计算揭示了六铝酸铝层抗侵蚀的特征.这一新的发现,具有重要的理论和实际意义. The author has studied in detail the physicochamical function, Service eondition and erosion of grade I alumina bricks used in the ladle lining of rotation furnace in Taigang. It was shown that this kind of bricks is obviously better than Tire clay bricks. The author also discovered that there exists hexacalcium alumiante zone in the complete reaction zone of grade I alumina bricks. The erosion resistance of haxcalcium aluminate zone has been demonstrated by means of the accurate thermodynamics calculations. The new discovery is of both theoretical and practical significance.
