摘要
以水平连铸分离环为主要应用目的,研制的Si_3N_4-BN系列复合陶瓷材料,综合了Si_3N_4和BN两种材料的优点,具有优异的抗热震性、耐熔钢腐蚀和冲刷、与熔钢不浸润、材料强度适中,易于加工,避免了BN基材料易吸潮分解破坏的缺点.用该材料研制的分离环满足了水平连续铸钢工艺对分离环材料的苛刻性能要求. 本文对该材料的有关性能及显微结构进行了分析讨论.
Si_3N_4-BN ceramic composites for breack rings were fabricated by HP sintering process. The composites combine the advantages of Si_3N_4 and BN materials and have excellent physical and chemical properties such as good thermal shock resistance (△T>920℃), erosion resistance and wear resistance against molten steel. It is improved in mechanical shaping ability and prevented from moisture decomposition.
Break rings made of the ceramic composites have met the requirements of HCC process.
