Through the carefully comparative study of our country' s original and revised copyright law, in combination with the world' s spirit on the copyright pact, and in the light of the practice of the comyright law and the juristic theory, this paper analiyzes and introduces in detail the the bill of amendment of the copyright law published on 27th October 2001.
