摘要
本文以共沉淀法制备的ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)超细粉末为研究对象,借助于透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N_2吸附(BET)、小角度X射线散射(SAXS)等测试方法对粉末的物理性能进行了表征,着重探讨了用不同(?)法表征的粉末粒度之间的差别以及与粉末实际一次颗粒粒度的差别,并对造成这些差别的原因进行了分析。此外,文中还讨论了团聚体尺寸,密度和团聚状态的综合表征方法以及粉末的工艺性能与团聚状态的关系,结果表明,粉末的工艺性能与团聚体密度有很好的对应关系.
The properties of ultrafine ZrO_2 (Y_2O_3) powders prepared by coprecipitation were studied using transmission elcctron microscopy (TEM), Nitrogen adsorption isoth(?)rmos(BET), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) etc. techniques. The disparities among the particle sizes characterized by different techniques and their deviation from the real particle size were emphatically investigated and discussed. The methods for the characterization of agglomerate size, agglomerate density and the combinational characterization of agglomeration state as well as the relations between the agglomeration state and the fabrication properties were also investigated and it was shown that the fabrication properties were closely corresponding to the agglomerate density.
