摘要
本文分别以化学纯SiO_2、CaO和Al_2O_3及工业用硅藻土和生石灰作为原料,探讨了原料活性对水化硅酸钙形成的影响,结果表明:硅藻土中含有无定形SiO_2,活性较高,水化硅酸钙的合成反应易于进行,且温度升高和时间延长有利于反应的进行。本文还探讨了Al_2O_3对水化硅酸钙形成的影响,结果表明:Al_2O_3明显地阻碍了水化硅酸钙的形成,但如存在于硅藻土的伴生矿物中,则没有阻碍作用.
The effects of the activity of SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 on the formation of calcium-silicate hydrate, using XRD, DTA and SEM, were studied in this paper. The results showed that the easier the formation of calcium—silicate hydrate, the more the activity of SiO_2. It was favourable for the formation with increasing the temperature, pressure and time of reaction. The formation of calcium—silicate hydrate was inhabited by added A1_2O_3. But if Al_2O_3 was in the diomite, the ill effect was not found.
