采取文心兰花梗作为外植体进行离体快速繁殖的研究,以MS为基本培养基,筛选出适合于萌芽出苗、继代培养和生根培养的培养基配方,为实现文心兰工厂化生产打下基础.

Oncidium peduncle was taken as explant to study tissue culture and rapid propagation,and taking MS as basic medium to sift the prescription being fit for germination and seedling, succeeding-generation cultivation and radication so as to lay foundation to realize factory production.
