摘要
以粉煤灰加气混凝土为研究体系,模拟实际生产中可能采用的水热合成参数,系统地研究了不同水热合成参数的变化对制品各项宏观性能的影响及变化规律,提出了等强曲线图和最佳强度区及“时压积”的概念。用XRD、SEM、压汞法、化学分析探讨了在不同水热合成条件下制品的微观结构形成及变化规律,并采用数理统计的方法分析了制品宏观性能与微观组分的内在联系。
Using flyash from different sources and simulating conditions that may be applied to industrial synthesis, the effects of different synthesis parameters on the properties of aerated flyash concrete, such as strength and durability, and property variation are studied in the paper. The concepts of iso-strength curves and 'timepressure product' are proposed. The micro-properties of concrete products and the mechanism of hydrothermal synthesis are studied by use of XRD, SEM and pressurized mercury penetration method. The relationship between the properties and micro-structure of the products of the aerated flyash concrete product under various conditions of hydrothermal synthesis is studied by statistical analysis.
