快硬硫铝酸盐水泥浆体-矾土集料界面的微结构 被引量:3

摘要 用XRD层析技术、SEM/EDAX和DTA等手段测定了矾土集料-硬化硫铝酸盐水泥浆体界面区的组成、微结构及形貌,同时用XRD线宽法测定了界面区中AFt晶体尺寸及其分布。研究发现,在矾土界面区中,AFt主要以胶体形态富集,C(?)H_2以晶体形态富集,界面区的厚度为70μm左右。为此,提出了矾土集料界面区微结构的形成机理。 The composition, structure and morphology of the interfacial zone between hardened sulphoaluminate cement paste (HSCP) and alumyte were investigated by XRD, SEM, EDAX and DTA. It was found that the thickness of interracial zone between alumyte and HSCP is about 70μm. And in the interfacial zone, AFt is mainly in the amorphous state, C(?)H_2 is in the crystalline state, and their contents decrease as the distance to the surface of aggregate increases.On the basis of study the formation mechanism of the microstructure is discused in the paper.
