摘要
以文献资料法研究了滨州市旱灾历史,以调查评估法和海因里希法评估了全市建国以来50年旱灾的经济损失,分析了旱灾成因,并提出了减灾对策和措施.
The history of droughts disaster of Binzhou City is studied with the literature research method;the economic losses caused by drought disasters in the past 50 years since the fonuding of the P.R.C. are evaluated in the investigation-evaluation method and Heinrich method;and the causes of drought disasters are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forword.
