广播电视大学改革与发展趋势的研究报告

A report of study on the trend of reform and development in Radio and TV university

通过对石家庄广播电视大学近 1 1年来办学情况的回顾、分析 ,认为“大专学历教育、中专学历教育、非学历教育”三个教育并举的方针 ,对当时电大教育的发展起了重要作用。面对新形势 ,应以“开”和“放”为核心 ,开创教育新局面。制定巩固提高的办学方针 ,调整电视中等教育规模 ,收缩普专班的办学规模 ,大力发展现代远程开放教育的办学形式 。

Looking back and analysing the situation of running school during the ten years in Shijiazhuang Radio and TV university.We can see that the principle of three kinds of education which are general techenical college education,average techenical school education and nondiploma offering education exist at the same time exert an important functions to the education in Radio and TV university at that time.Facing the new stage,we should regard'opening'and'releasing'as the core,open and create new condition of education,stimulate the principle of running school of consolating and promotion,adjust the education scale of average technical school,shrink the scale of setting up the general technical school,develop energetically the new stage of setting up the far distance and opening education,develope actively nondiploma offering education.
