摘要
在25—160℃温度范围内研究了(Ba_(1-x)Sr_x)TiO_3(x=0,0.1,0.2)半导体陶瓷的Raman光谱,并对室温时的Raman散射峰的归属进行了分析。实验结果表明所有样品的顺电相(Curie点以上)和铁电相(Curie点以下)的Raman光谱明显不同,铁电相变属于位移型。
Raman spectraofPTC(Ba_(1-x)Sr_x)TiO_3 ceramics (x=0, 0.1, 0.2) have been investigated from 25 to 160℃, and mode assignments of Raman scattering frequencies have been made at room temperature. Ex perimental results indicate that the Raman spectra of the paraelectric phase above Curie point are obviously different from that of ferroelectric phase below Curie point in all the samples.We propose that the ferroelectric phase transition in the PTC (Ba(1-x)Sr_x) TiO_3 ceramics belongs to a distortion or displacement transition.
