摘要
以戊二酸为原料,经1.3-丙二基-2.2,一二苯并咪唑被(Na+C_2H_5Oh)还原,然后再水解得戊二醛。
A simple synthetic method of glutaraldehyde from glutaric acid via reductoin -hydrolysis reaction of 2,2'-(1,3-propanediyl)-bis-benzimidazole is reported.The influence of temperature and PH on the yield and the reduction-hydrolysis mechanism of 2,2-bis-benzimidazole are discussed.
