摘要
利用真空电弧等离子射流法制备出Si+SiO_2、Si+Si_3N_4超细纤维,分析了超微粒子的表面效应、等离子体烧结作用、反应气氛及温度场等对超微颗粒生长过程的影响。
Superfine fiber of Si+SiO_2 or Si+Si_3N_4 was prepared by vaccum arc plasma jet method. The influences of surface effect of superfine particle, plasma jet sintering action, reaction gas and deposition temperature field of superfine fiber on the process of superfine particle growth with different agglomerated fcrms were discussed.
