China' s socialist cause has obtained great achievements, the key reason for it lies in that Deng Xiaoping Theory found the right starting point to develop socialism and brought about three decisive reforms. The starting point refers to China' s being in the primary stage of socialism. The three reforms include socialist structure reform, socialist system reform and socialist means reform.
