摘要
随着市场经济体制的建立,欠发达区域高校人才流失问题愈发严重,针对这一问题运用经济学理论探讨 了欠发达区域调查交人才流失的原因和负面影响,并提出了相应的对策与建议。
With the establishment of Market - oriented economic system, the problem of running off of trained personnel in colleges and universities in unerdeveloped regions becomes more and more serious. This essay, using theories of economics, discusses the reasons and negative influence of the trained personnel' s running off, then provides some appropriate measures and suggestions.
