Improvement of the Phase Noise of a Semiconductor Laser by Optoelectrical Feedback

本文给出了光电反馈半导体激光器(LD)的相位噪声,指出:光电反馈可显著改善半导体激光器的相位噪声性能。

The phase noise of a semiconductor laser with optoelectrical feedback is studied. It is shown that the performance of the phase noise of a semiconductor laser can be improved greatly by optoelectrical feedback.
